  • Motivate and guide team members towards the achievement of objectives. This includes clearly communicating expectations and encouraging collaboration.
  • Control :

  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, adjusting if necessary to stay on course. This involves measuring performance against the plan, and resolving problems quickly using methodologies adapted to your project and organization, such as agile.
