This Webinar was hosted by :

Erling JENSEN - Project Management & Business Transformation

After 16 years in consulting, Erling is today a freelance project manager specialised in Business Transformation Projects in an international context:  business process optimisation within HR, Supply Chain or Finance, global roll-out of new ERP or HRIS systems or Merger & Acquisitions. In the last months, Erling has managed a global employee listening initiative for a leading group of luxury goods. Within the domain of project management, Erling particularly enjoys leveraging the “human factor” as fuel and source of motivation that makes project teams engage in the extra mile.

Sophie WARANS - Project Management & Business Transformation. Sophie has worked in global companies across Chemicals, FMCG and beauty industries, notably within Supply Chain. Involved in multiple projects within this function, she developed a passion for Project Management, leading to roles working on transformations including HQ relocations, divestitures and organisational transformations with outsourced service providers. Within the domain of project management, Sophie particularly enjoys communicating with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, building capability and enabling successful change management.

You’re maybe already familiar with the ‘official’ theories and tools of project management, but from our experience the success of a project equally relies on the human touch, meaning the set-up of the project team and the link to stakeholders as well as creating momentum and keeping individuals motivated to go the extra mile and feel invested in the success of the project.

Erling and Sophie have summarised the toolkits that they use and have built on some best practices and tips for what works well for them to bring together different profiles on a common transformation path.
